When Cancellation & Refund May Apply
Appointment Cancellation
Doctor consultations, diagnostic bookings, homecare visits, or other healthcare appointments may be cancelled before the scheduled time, depending on the current booking status and service availability.
Duplicate or Failed Payment
If your payment is deducted twice, transaction fails after deduction, or payment confirmation is not received, our team will verify the transaction and process the eligible refund as per payment gateway status.
Service Not Delivered
If a confirmed service cannot be delivered due to unavoidable reasons from Dr Apple Healthcare’s side, the customer may be eligible for rescheduling, service adjustment, or refund after verification.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may not be applicable once sample collection is completed, consultation has started, report processing begins, medicine/order is dispatched, or a healthcare professional has already visited or been assigned.

Once approved, the refund will be initiated through the original payment method. Bank or payment gateway timelines may apply after refund initiation.
Confirmation Update
You will receive confirmation once the refund request has been reviewed or processed by our support team.

Dr Apple Healthcare reserves the right to approve, reject, or partially process cancellation and refund requests based on service type, booking status, medical partner confirmation, and payment verification.
